An activity guide, magnifying glass, streak plate, and a nail are included. This is an excellent introduction to minerals for Grades 4-12. The kit is built to last and provide years of use in your classroom.
The minerals include fluorite, microcline, hematite, pyrite, calcite, quartz chalcedony, magnetite, gypsum alabaster, talc, halite, biotite, graphite, gypsum satin spar, gypsum selenite and quartz milky. The specimens are numbered and can be identified by using the key card.
